Question IS350 AWD Driver Road Sound Diagnosis

Hi ClubLexus members, I've lately been hearing a humming and droning noise on the drivers side. The noise is audible especially when speed climbs to around 25mph+. I filmed the drivers underside on a short trip, and I have included a link of the video below. If you listen with headphones, the audio quality and noise in question can be better heard. Around the 2:52 minute mark is a good example of the "womwomwomwom" noise. There is a up and down slight vibration on the the driver's side as well, but nothing like wheel hopping though. Not sure if this is evident to diagnose the culprit, but I figure I would see if anyone has had a similar issue before going to a mechanic.

(You'll have to excuse some of the video choppiness, filmed with a knock off GoPro)

This is a list of what I think may be wrong

1. It could be very well road noise, however this distinct sound is heard on different roads throughout the neighborhood.
2. Could the noise be from the front differential? I'll have to inspect mine a little further, but I read a differential that is going would make a more audible grinding sound if it is low on gear oil.

3. If you see in the video, my drivers side front axle inner boot has grease leaking out. I have to get that looked at, and so far I bet this could be it (symptoms of the droning noise and slight up and down vibration only felt on the driver's side)
4. I have gotten new Pirelli AS+ tires, and it's been around 1500 miles since. Could this just be the tire break-in sound?
5. If going by the Lexus.Drivers vehicle history, this car hasn't been aligned since 20k miles ago from the last owner. Perhaps it's an alignment issue.
6. Is this the sound of a brake caliper slightly sticking on the rotor?

Thanks everyone!

I would like to mention that at parking lot speeds, the droning noise isn't there at all.

Most drowning sounds are a result of harmonic resonance.
some things to do to eliminate suspects:
Keep RPMs steady but go through all gears.
Keep gear locked but go through all RPM ranges.
Change tire pressure.
Try loading the suspension left and right by doing a giant slalom.

Diff gear nose is constant with speed and increases with load. Decreases or sounds different on the throttle vs coasting.

Get it in the air and inspect everything.

Start there.
