Lower intake maifold Nuts and Bolt Torque?

Lower intake maifold Nuts and Bolt Torque?
Can someone help me out with as to what they should be?

Lower intake bolts, and nuts 15ft lbs. Upper Soc Heads 13 ft lbs, 2 nuts are 12 ft lbs.

Much appreciated. Another quick question...
What should be the correct Torque for the spark plugs? I see some posts here that say it is 13 ft lbs. while others say 18 ft lbs.
