Default Will these Lexus wheels work on my IS250?

I have a 2009 AWD IS250 stock with 17 wheels.

If they clear front calipers then yes they should fit. You will need 4 centering rings 60.1 to 64.1 and new lug nuts. Lexus lugs will not work with those wheels.

As was said, they should fit fine, will need new lug nuts and should probably get hubcentric rings. They will clear the IS250 brakes no problem, the IS350 probably not.

They're a bit narrow compared to the stock 17's, but the same width as the stock 16's.

I just realized there were narrower. If anything I want a wider profile so a no go. I like the look of them though. They were sale locally for a reasonable cost.
I want to get 18 rims eventually. Any suggestion on how wide to go with an 18 rim and what tire size for a lower profile look while still providing a good ride?
Keeping the suspension stock unless there is some cheap option that is worth it. I don't like the obvious lowered look. Keeping same size all around so I can rotate. Sorry for all the questions.Thanks
