Default Code P0172 ?

I have no check engine light but code P0172 popped up on my scanner, with a description of system too rich bank 1.

its a 2012 250 with 173,000km. Does this necessarily mean O2 sensors?

First I'd use an appropriate spray to clean your MAF. Then give it time. If that doesn't do anything, then I'd suspect the O2 sensor.

I'd inspect exhaust and vacuum for leaks first before buying new O2 sensors.
