2012 lexus IS 350 won't start and making clicking noise
Please help!!!
I own a 2012 is350 and it won't start. the engine was turning at first. I scan it and i got 17 codes. I reset the ecu by unplugging the battery (negative) and plug it back in and it stop turning it just makes a clicking noise ( check picture for clicking noise location). i changed the battery still wont start. on the dash; the rpm gauge keeps moving up and down and the car is not even running. i tried to reset it again; now its not making the continuous clicking noise, but just one click and the rpm still going up and down. To me it appears to be an electrical issue to be as most of the codes is related to circuit low input or voltage correlation.
p0102 / p0112 / p0117 / p0121 / p0452 / p060A DTC not found / p2135 / 0102 / 0112 / 0117 / 0121 / 0452 / 060A / 2135 / 0102 / 0112 / 0117
please help; im stuck

It sounds like the battery is just weak now from cranking too much. You'll have to charge it back up. The OCV You are depicting is not a common failure. See photo below on the location. Did you experience any tremendous shaking of the car prior to the problem, and codes? How often do you change the oil?

For peace of mind check your fusible link. It's located next to the battery. See link it's common if you don't pay attention when replacing your battery.

Second if you're mechanically inclined you can remove the OCV. To check if it's sticking, or not functioning at all.

You said you replaced your battery, did you make sure everything is nice and tight? Did the engine at least turn over when you tried to start it? It really sounds like you drained your battery trying to start it and you will need to address that before you can get back to why the car wont start. The clicking solenoid means it does change state and might just be from not having enough control voltage elsewhere. It shouldn't be a concern at this point and is not why your car isn't starting. Do you have any means of checking or monitoring voltage? A meter, obd2 scanner, or even one of those cigarette adapters?
