Not sure if this is the right section, or if the regional forums would be better, so I apologize if I got it wrong.

I recently bought a 2006 IS350. I did a vin check at the time before I bought it but didn't realize I was using the wrong Lexus site. I used the US Lexus site today and it seems that there are several outstanding recalls with this car.

Will Lexus Canada still deal with them? The car was apparently imported in 2008. Is it possible that the issue were dealt with in Canada year ago, but the VIN is still flagged in the US? What's the best course of action here?

Lexus Canada will do recalls on USA-spec vehicles. It will always be a US vehicle, but any Canadian Lexus dealer will be able to take care of the recalls for you.
