I stupidly hooked up my jumper cables in reverse order yesterday. Of course I saw sparks and removed the cables a few seconds later. After that failure I let my car sit for a few hours and successfully started the car later that day. Today I replaced my alternator and battery and I thought I’d just need to reprogram the windows to get them work since the battery was disconnected. My driver side window and sun roof work but the passenger windows don’t work. So three of my windows don’t roll down. I noticed the switches are not lit up or blinking which leads me to believe I’m getting no power to the windows. The driver window functions properly and the led is lit on the switch

You've probably blown a fuse for that window

re initialize the other windows by using the buttons at each door. It re-energizes the capacitors for the auto functions.
