Default DIY Coolant / Radiator Drain and Fill Questions

Note: I checked the FAQ and youtube and didnt see any direct videos on this topic. I have an IS350C

Questions:
1. What is the toyota OEM coolant I should be buying? ("super long life") stuff... Toyota red, pink, etc. (and the diluted form or non diluted)
2. When draining the radiator only, about how much coolant will come out? (trying to figure how much to buy)

What I plan to do: I'm simply going to drain the radiator from bottom-side, suck out the overflow tank, and then refill with fresh coolant. The car is a 2010 model so its at its 10 year mark for coolant change.

has anybody done this job - what volume should i expect to come out of the radiator? I'm not doing a flush and I'm not bothering to drain the block. I'm just dumping the radiator to get a reasonable amount of new fluid cycled in to the system

It's going to net around 1 gallon maybe. If not enough top it off with distilled water.

No more than two gallons. That’s what it took me to do Water pump service. Still had a quart left over. Used in the reservoir of my car and van for a few top offs.

I just completed my DIY Drain and Fill. Here's my trip report in detail. No skill or tools are necessary.

Price: $21.88 for a gallon of 50/50 Toyota super long life coolant, the pink stuff. Dealers quote $200+ for a drain and fill btw.
Amount used: full radiator drain and fill, consumed about 90% of the 1 gallon jug.

Steps:
1. No tools were needed, I didnt even need to remove the plastic under-shield. do with a cold car.
2. The valve / petcock is on the passenger side and TOPSIDE accessible. There is a hole in the plastic panel to allow for clean draining
3. Remove the front internal plastic cover and engine plastic cover
4. use flashlight, find value. turn valve, hand tightening is fine
5. Drain; expect .75 to .9 of a gallon to drain out
6. close valve, hand tighten
7. remove radiator cap and refill
8. run car for 15 minutes, including heat on to bleed system
9. test drive
