Default 06 is350, camshaft sensor issue

So I threw a p0390. Sensor b bank 2. After doing some reading I replaced sensor on driver side bank 2. Now its throwing a p0345 sensor a bank 2 and the p0390 sensor b bank 2. Also a p0101. I pulled maf sensor and cleaned last night. Pigtails look in good shape but I was reading it may be likely I slipped a tooth in timing, or chain tensioner, or may be possible bad ecu.
any links on identifying a timing issue or ECU issue? Any one with prior experience?

I didnt want to think timing as the engine light would come on and off randomly, but is constant now with the sensor replacement.

car does smell rich when I park in my garage, does seem like a loss of power. Any input would be appreciated. Not really wanting to take it to a dealer to get raped .
