Command button not working
I have a 2013 IS 250 Non Nav and the command button on the steering wheel does nothing. This leaves me with no way for me to link my phone with the car thru Blue Tooth (BT)....does anyone have an idea on how to trouble shoot this issue? Its a beautiful car and amazed that this function is not working and if I try to manually set up the BT on the stereo it does not allow me to do so either. Thank you all for your help.
