Anyone know how to pop out the plastic door sills/scuff guards? I want to redo the CF wrap and wrap the whole piece minus the Lexus lighted emblem/silver metal strip

With a plastic trim remover just pop it out from the side that is towards the inside of the car. Or what I do is with my fingers I just pull it off. They are just on with clips. You might feel like you are putting too much force but they are on pretty tight

Popped out the door sill, wrapped in 7D CF, and popped back in.
