Default ISF Sway bar bushings

I want to verify if the Sway bar bushings for a 2008-2013 ISF will work with the F-Sport Sway bars installed on my 2010 IS350 RWD. Here are the part numbers:

48815-53060- Front sway bar bushings
48818-30180- Rear sway bar bushings

According the Lexus Compatibility chart, they fit 2008-2010 ISF as well as 2013-2015 IS250/350 F-Sport models

The IS F front bushings are almost the same size as the F-Sport accessory front bar, but slightly larger. They cannot be used with the factory ISx50 bar, sport suspension or otherwise.
The IS F rear bushings are the same as the 2009-2013 ISx50 Sedan with Sport Suspension (including factory F-Sport models) and the 2013-2015 IS C F-Sport, they cannot be used with the non-sport suspension bar or the F-Sport accessory bar.

Thanks for the quick response! Basically I would have to buy the ISF Sway bar(s) to use these bushings, correct?

I tried looking into ISF bushings a few weeks ago. The stock ISF front bushings have a extruded piece on both sides of the bushing. So when you install them on the F-sport bar the collar will be rubbing on the extruded part. If you can look at your F-Sport bushings now. You will see that the collar is right next to the bushings already. I'm not sure if it will affect handling if the collar is pushing into the ISF stock bushing.

For the rear stock ISF bushings remember they are 17mm ID, and the F-Sport bar is now 19mm ID. So they won't work.

IS-F front sway bar bushings.

Are the F-Sport too harsh or do you have noise?

A little bit of noise when going over bumps (squeaking) which started a few weeks back. Ever so slight rattle coming from the front sway bar when going over bumps/driveway. Nothing horrible. Next year I'm planning to install F-Sport suspension, so I wanted to maybe change the sway bar bushings to better ones. Driving my old Camry over the weekend made me realize how quiet a car can be!

I'm using the IS-F bushing on my F-sport front sway bar. The F-sport front bushing are trash and I replaced them within a month of use with IS-F ones with great results, no noise so far.

So the ISF front sway bar bushings do fit the F-Sport sway bar? You didn't have to modify anything?

Can you elaborate on this? Are the ISF bushings wider than the bracket, or flush on the sides?

FWIW - I greased mine with energy suspension Teflon goo. Thinking the install has been a couple of months now and no squeaks or rattles.

I might try that, but I was under the impression that rubber bushings don't need to be greased. The stock sway bar bushings were untouched for 10 years and never squeaked, but the stock sway bar is also thinner and lighter. Anyway, if the ISF front sway bar bushings fit, I may also go that route, they are about $38 at my local Lexus dealer. I can honestly say that meeting @Yamehoo and seeing how he works gives me confidence

The F-Sport materials that came with mine were poly. OEM is rubber and correct, never grease rubber as it will destroy it. That said, synthetic Teflon would take much longer but would still damage rubber.

The F-Sport bushings that came with mine, plus the replacement ones I bought last month are 100 percent rubber

I ran the IS F bushings on my front F-Sport bar for a bit after having replaced the F-Sport bushings once or twice. They were better, but eventually I just changed out the bar for an IS F bar, which I actually find to be a better balance (IS F front bar, F-Sport rear bar). Is it faster on the track? Not sure, but I like the way it feels. From memory all of my F-Sport bushings were rubber as well - perhaps they updated them? This was many years ago for me now.

The IS F bushings fit with the F-Sport front bar without any issues, though as I said originally, the F-Sport bar is slightly thinner, so they're not quite as tight as they are on the IS F bar.
