No DRL on vlad lights

Default No DRL on vlad lights
Hello everyone so I purchased the vlad lights for my lexus is250. I had them installed. But I have no drl for some reason. Can anyone help or explain. Thanks

They include a wire that you need to plug into a fuse in your engine bay.
I am talking about the wire that this guy is talking about starting @ 9:40 in this video...
