This link has a good detail on how to remove it. Though you are just needing to unbolt the mid pipe from the stock manifolds. You then just remove the trans tunnel brace. This will allow the mid pipe to be lowered. You can place some jack stands so not to put stress on the down stream O2 sensor's wiring.

The short answer is:.
Battery disconnected.
Mid-pipe lowered and supported.
Intermediate shaft from steering rack removed... Historically Toyota has always indexed them so they only fit one way. But you might mark both ends just in case. Do NOT spin the steering wheel!
With a jack under the trans, remove cross memeber bolts from frame area allowing tail of trans to settle a little. This gives room between the engine/trans and firewall to work.
Remove starter bolts... Disconnect wires.
Reverse procedure to install.
Battery disconnected.
