Default Replacing My Water Pump

Just looking for suggestions on what else to replace while in there? I have the water pump, thermostat, and hoses. I am thinking of replacing my radiator as well because as of late my reservoir is almost always empty but the gauge never moves from the middle? Would appreciate some input on that. Thanks in advance!

your reservoir being low is probably caused by a leak somewhere, I had that same issue and if you have a water rushing sound when starting it then theres air in the system I made a thread about it, check my profile for it.
