When I looked at the car they said the radio wasn’t “working” and they needed to bring it to Lexus to be “ reprogrammed”. Then they told me it need to be replaced I was like cool (knowing the GPS are known for going bad. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to send it out to be fixed. Got the car today to see only the top left side of the touch screen works the rest nothing happens when you press. I will be calling them tomorrow to hopefully have it fixed but in the mean time is there anyway to adjust the audio levels bass treble with out the touch screen?

The touchscreen digitizer is bad...its a $20 part on eBay and most common failure on NAV screens. I will be doing mine in a few weeks and posting the DIY on YouTube.

cool thanks post the link I’ll take a look. I think the dealership I bought it from is gonna fix it for me (again) but if not I’ll try it myself.
