I have 2009 Lexus is250 awd it as 181000km. Sometimes it seem like it want to stall but is rare, very rare. Usually happens just before i come to full stop at the traffic light. The rpm goes up and down and engine shake a little, and it returns to normal quick. Even driving after it happens seem fine. I have obd scanner but nothing ever comes up. No code that i can see. I did change spark plugs and 2 coils that seemed bad. It happened once more after that. Car pulls fine, goes smooth. I use shell 91 octane. Any idea? Idle sensor? Carbon build up?

Check the battery terminal cables. Make sure there is no corrosion also check the connectors to the alternator. A loose ground or bad alternator can cause similar symptoms. You should be able to have the alternator output tested easily enough.
