Default 2 years later new dash rattles like crazy!

Had the dash and door panels changed by Lexus I was very happy (2006 IS350). Last year I noticed a little rattle but only on very cold winter days.....never thought it will get as bad as it is now. I mean the thing sounds like it has become loose. I can push the dash hard and the rattle stops....should I go after Lexus ? I dont know if these dashes have any sort of padding between the dash and firewall?? Maybe they forgot to add the padding and the dash is now loose? Anyone experience this?

Lexus changed my dash on my 2010 IS350 January 2020 and no rattles so far, hot or cold. I would take it back to them

As @nugentnsb mentioned, there are screws at the side that hold the dash when you open the front doors
