Default Sticky Dash Fix

Hello All:

I received my order of Sticky Dash Fix to use on my 2007 IS 250 interior door panels, after replacing my dashboard. I have an issue to resolve before doing so, however. My sticky/melted interior door panels have many gouges that require filling. (See pics). The Sticky Dash Fix website says to use "any water-based flexible filler." But the workers in two Hardware Stores I visited have no idea what products this refers to. They have recommended everything from epoxy and wood fillers to bathroom caulk! Hence, I have no idea what to use. Can anyone provide further guidance on what product(s) would be suitable? I can't get a response from Sticky Dash Fix, despite numerous inquiries.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide!

Save money on a panel replacement, best advise.

I just use 303 wipes on it but replacing them is the only fix.
