I checked previous post and someone had a similar issue but for now I need to know which is cylinder #5 so I am going to try to change the ignition coil. 06 IS350 Thank you for the help.

Thanks, I replaced the wrong one. Will give it another shot tomorrow.

As you sit in the drivers seat, Bank 1 is on the right. Bank 2, the left.
Bank1 = 1, 3, 5 from front to back.
Bank2 = 2, 4, 6

O2 sensors follow the same scheme.
Bank1 sensor1 = B1S1 is in the header.
B1S2 = downstream, right-side.
The left has B2S1 and B2S2.

How many miles?

Thank you, I took the one I replaced #6 and put it on #5 and it worked took me 10 minutes. I am just glad that it was not something else so far.
