Default 2007 Lexus IS350 Makeover to hand down to my son.

I bought this car back in 2007. It was a Luxury Package IS350 with Mark Levinson. I did the DVD Hack. Recently updated the Navigation disc to the last and latest version 16.1 North America East & West ( 2 Disc ). Car has been well cared for since day 1. Always OEM parts from brakes rotors and pads to little things like oil filter. Running on Mobile ! since purchased. So my son have been driving his 2010 Toyota Corolla since starting of college. He is graduating from ASU this Spring of 2021. I decided to offer him the IS for his Corolla in which I will hand down to his little brother who will start driving in about 6 months. Before the trade, I decided to have the whole car painted by a shop which cost me $2500 for the same original color as when I bought the vehicle.
Some mods I have done myself to give the IS a little makeover before I handed down the car to him includes:

2007 IS350 ML Package, X-Package Lip, OEM 4300K Hid Fogs, Sylvania Leds City Lights, Fabulous Inferno Oval Exhaust, Teck Pro Grounding Kit, Nav-Hack ( Done after vehicle purchased in 2007)
Lexus replaced dash and door panels during the recall

New Makeover Goodies:

Lexus RC-F wheels
Tein Flex Z Coilovers
FSport Front and Rear Sway Bars
Head lights and Fogs was sanded and Clear coated to renew the lense
New OEM HID DS4 bulbs replaced
New LED 5000K bulbs in fogs
All wood trim panels have been wrapped with VVIVID Carbon Fiber look Vinyl.
Fsport airbox mod, charcoal filter removed
Self put together Carbon Fiber Tube Intake, K&N Filter, 45 Silicone Elbow, Straight Silicone, Valve Cover Filter ( Looks like RR Racing Intake system )
Repainted Calipers with fresh G2 Brake Calipers paint and Lexus decal installed
F Sport look Front grill was purchased from Ebay which I painted Metallic Black Paint.
I hand peeled the chrome trim around the top grill and painted the same Metallic Black Paint
Bottom grill was kept the same but I decided to also painted the same Metallic Paint to match
New OEM Pads and Rotors replaces same time as Coil overs installation

One last thing to do before the hand down is retouch and revive the leather seats with Seat Doctor leather dye. Product has not arrive yet. I will upload seat pictures once they ship the order.

If there is anything else you guys think I could do for a better makeover of the car before I give to my son, please chime in. Thanks.

I would say basic maintenance like tranny fluid and diff fluid, brake fluid, coolant plus ac recharge if its been awhile. Plugs as well if higher up, other than that I would have a sealant or possible ceramic coating for the paint and wheels, plus some added protection for the headlights like an xpel wrap to stop yellowing. Basic leather/plastic trim cleaning and protection for the interior and you should be golden!

No real need to but some newer LED tail lights bring it a step forward too! Spec-D or whatever suits your fancy. And my personal favorite Is the programmable LED turn indicator relay from Diode Dynamics, the SmartTap CF18. It allows one tap for up to 4 (or more) flashes which is good for LED lighting as well as ease of driving.

Definitely do the tune up, fluid flush, Trans flush, MAF cleaning and check the axle boots for flex damage too.

Also, whatever the wire is going over the battery it should be managed better so it doesn't cause issues later in the middle of nowhere...

Thanks for the reminder. About the wire. It’s my tricker charger when the vehicle is not in use. It got a plug at the end so I never thought anything of it.

Love to upgrade the headlight and tail lights to newer style but was getting mix reviews concerning reliability from aftermarket products which is why i have not use any aftermarket products during regular maintenance. I will have the timing chain cover taking out and replace new gasket in the future because I notice a little oil leaks around that area. Transmission pan was drop 2 weeks ago to address the tranny solenoid throwing out code p2757 during which I flush and replace the transmission fluid and transmission filter.
