Spacer recommendations
#2
My suggestion is to avoid buying cheap non-brand spacers or even used ones. Used spacers could be damaged, warped, cross or stripped threaded. Properly torqued spacers to a car manufacturer's specs used with proper lug nuts/bolts will give years of problem free use. Possibly the worst thing done to spacers is to let the car mechanic or tire dude use an impact wrench on them. My friend once told me a dummy at the tire shop hit the lug nut with the impact gun without starting it by hand and as a result he cross threaded the stud!!
Never use impact gun, always use hand tools and torque wrench.
I've used them for years on my cars whether with extended studs, bolts, or built in studs and never had any problems. Sometimes they stick to the hubs or wheels. Applying little anti-seize prevents that from happening.
Look for well known brands like H&R, Eibach, KW, ST Suspensions, Motorsport-Tech, Adaptec.
