Nope, love our weather way too much. I've traveled all over the US, and each state has its own charm, but none like Cali. Only thing I hate here is some of our liberalism, but weather trumps all. They still show not legal in California. Unless I'm looking at the wrong option. It only let's me see Federal emission.
The link I sent him say they are all CARB compliant and not just Federal/EPA compliant. They are a bit more expensive than the one you are posting here
Fitment is the same for all of them, though there are several different part numbers depending on year.

And bought a $7 OBDII 1' cable extension for hard to reach connectors. A few members in 1Addicts (BMW) recommended it, if it works for them and those cars are gremlins, it sure worked for the Lexus.
