I have a 2008 IS 250 rwd looking to get some varrstoen es2 this is my 1st time buying wheels so I'm a noob to all of this. Front tires are 225 and rears 255 not lowered or anything but plan on it in the future. Can't decide between 18s or 19s

18s for ride and handling, 19s is for looks, I ran 19s for awhile but recently went back to 18s cuz the roads are badly maintain here. Literally they would pave the roads nice and smooth and then a week later, dig it up cause they screw up or forgot something and f-ck everything up again.

Look into the Wheel thread. Ton upon tons of examples with specs there. But I have 19x8.5/9.5 rear and love them. Ride well, look great. You know you’ll need new tires if you don’t match your current sizes right?

Well I just bought some Continental DWS 06 in oem sizes (225 front) (255 rear) so I don't think I'll need new tires. I do wanna get coilovers so I'm not sure how the fitment would be with the 19s and I personally think the 18s look kinda small but the handling would be good with lighter wheels.
