I own a 2010 IS250 with a little over 100k miles and my car just recently began to turn over slow when I start it and the idle bounces from 500- 700 rmps when I stop at a light. Im not sure what the problem is, if you could help that would be appreciated.

As stated below, could be two things or it could be just carbon buildup. Read below and do a search here our anywhere on carbon build up in direct injection engines. Carbon causes what you describe about your idle quality.
OP could start with a basic tune up, air filter, MAF cleaning, plugs. While the intake is off for plugs, look for carbon deposits and decide what to do then.
Hint - look up shops that do walnut blasting.
