On Friday, tire pressure was low, so I used an electrical pump to pump it up. As I was pumping noticed the pump was not as strong, got in the car and the lights were flickering and power steering went out. Sounds like classic alternator issue.
Went back the next day, start it up and it was fine. Thought I'd just leave it there and I'll move it to the mechanic on Monday. Came back to the car today and heard some clicking like a relay clicking over and the lights flickering, like pressing the lock and unlock button. Of course battery was dead. Put a jumper to it and the alarm went off. I couldn't stop the alarm with the key fob. I couldn't lock or unlock the doors with it. After charging the battery, everything turns on, but when I push the push start button, dash lights won't turn on and it won't crank over. Everything else appears to work minus the door locks.
Besides swapping the alternator, anything else that comes to mind that could be an issue? I'm wondering if the immobilizer has locked the car down, if so, how would I fix that? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks. Unlikely fuses and connections. The car gets power, but the weird thing is the dash lights don't turn on. It doesn't do the usual initial check where the RPM and speedometer needles go to the end.
It's possible that it could be the fusible link. Just wanted other opinions on what it possibly could be.

I think you just have a dead battery which can be caused by an alternator issue. I agree on checking your connections.
Check your battery charge, use a multimeter. Or else get a battery charger and charge your battery.
BTW, when you pumped air using a 12V pump? Looks like you killed your battery. How old is your battery?
Quite a few things you need to check before you can find the real root cause. Good luck.
