Default are the front rotors on a 2010 IS250C positional?

I'm looking to do a brake job and the parts numbers for the rotors seem to be different with a description such as Front Right and Front Left.

Can someone shed some light as to why they are positional? They are not slotted or cross drilled ...so am confused.

Thanks

Ahhh...I 'll have to pay attention when I get the parts to describe how to tell which side they go on based on the vanes
