Default Rear parking sensor loose

Hello Clublexus,

Has anyone dealt with the rear parking sensors being loose and falling inside the rear bumper? For some odd reason, one of them has fell inside the rear bumper and every time car is put into reverse, it starts beeping from the rear parking sensors. I will attempt to loosen the rear bumper, find the parking sensor and try to push it back into slot in the rear bumper. I was wondering if I need replace anything so that this doesn't happen again in the future. The car is a 2011 IS 350.

Relocate into bumper and hot glue or use epoxy to affix it there permanently to avoid this in the future.
