2010is350

I purchased an F-Sport shift **** (and some other goodies) during the 4th of July sale at online dealers. I just opened the box and installed it a few days ago (it was inside the large box with sway bars, hence the wait). The problem is, it doesn't line up correctly when tightened (sits at about 2:30) and just feels too loose when lined up. Any easy fix? Should I ask for a replacement?

Not sure if manual trans, or automatic difference in shift *****.

Are you bottomed out on it? If so, just unscrew until you're at 12 o'clock. If the opposite, continue to screw down until at 12 o'clock.
