Default Figs Front Sway bar bushings. Great Purchase!

Just installed the Figs purple poly front sway bar bushings to eliminate the random thump and rattle noise I was going over bumps. Install is pretty basic. Get the front of the car on jack stands and remove the center plastic splash shield. I would say there about 12 10mm screws and 3 push pins. Once that is out of the way its just 4 14mm bolts that came right out with my 1/2” Dewalt Impact gun. I wasn’t really expecting anything other then getting rid of the clunk but wow did it improve the handling of my IS350. Very linear going through turns and eliminates the sloppy body roll I was feeling in the front. I have these along with the Figs LCA bushings and it really tightens up the front end on the IS. Im right at 78k miles and it rides better then I remember when it was new. Two big thumbs up from me. I bought the 27mm for a 2012 IS350

I used this thread below as a reference on size. Easy install and great bang for the buck!

I had an odd rattle from the front left side that made a sound like if you just casually tossed the jack next to the spare tire in the trunk without securing it. Once I pulled the old bushings off you will see how much larger the hole in the bushing has become over time.

Once I get out of my temporarily housing situation and back into a house with my own garage, I'll HAVE to do this. I've sure my near 16yr old bushings are shot.

I ended up replacing my front F-Sport Sway bar bushings with ISF Sway bar bushings. The F-Sport bushings were also poly, and when the grease seeped out they began to squeak. Re-greased them and a few months later they began to squeak again. It's been almost a year with the ISF sway bar bushings and so far no noise and handling and feel is very good

In the morning I plan to install Super Pros back to my F-sport bars. Lately the rubber ones that came with the set is feeling a little to mushy for my taste.

Just installed the Superpro bushings, all the squeaks and weird noises are now gone going over large bumps.
The old bushings were cracked and looks like the inner sleeve ripped apart!
Ride quality has definitely improved with RCF LCA bushings and Superpro bushings!
