Back right side of bumper loose

Hey guys I recently ran over a divider and on my back bumper, the right side that connects it to the side body is loose, could anyone tell me what clip to buy, and where? Thanks!

Is there a yellowish plastic clip AND a 10mm bolt still attached to the rear fender directly above where the square hold is in the bumper?

In the meantime, use a good 'ol zip tie.

Have you tried snapping it back in? If you have not, try it. Unless you have seen something we don't see in the pic.
