Default E85 blend on IS350

Before I start writing a long paragraph I want to get to my main question. Is it safe to run an E85 blend on the IS350? Like an E30 blend? Or does anyone know what needs to be upgraded to run it safely?

A couple months ago someone I know on instagram showed me a DM that RR Racing said we can use 3 or 4 gallons of E85 with their tune. Fast forward to a couple days ago, I decided to put 1 gallon of e85 to mix with the 3 gallons of 91 pump gas I had left in the car which equates to approximately e30( im not 100% sure because there’s no ethanol meter). The mods I have is PPE Headers, Megan Racing Midpipe, Tanabe exhaust, F-Sport intake, and RR Racing tune.
After I put gas I went out and drove around for like 15 or 20 minutes to let the ecu adjust itself and to give the engine time to start taking in the e30 blend. Car ran like normal the whole time.
So after a bit of driving, I took out my Dragy to get a new 0-60, 1/8 mile, 1/4 mile, and 60-130 and I wanted to see if the e30 blend makes any difference at all.
My best times that I have gotten before putting the E30 blend in my car and just being FBO + Tuned were:
0-60 : 4.78sec
1/8 mile : 8.48sec @ 84mph
1/4 mile : 13.16sec @ 103mph
60-130 : 14.74sec

Now my times with being FBO + Tuned on E30 blend:
0-60 : 4.61sec
1/8 mile : 8.35sec @ 85mph
1/4 mile : 12.93sec @ 106mph
60-130 : 14.64sec

The improvements are not much but there was improvements. Which has me wondering if I can run this E30 blend consistently or if there’s a way to do so safely. After I got all my times I immediately put 91 pump gas back into my car to try to get rid of the ethanol out of the gas tank so there would be minimal damage if it is deemed dangerous.

Also seeing that my new times with the E30 were right behind Redspencer's times that he got on his IS350, I decided to remove some weight in attempt to beat Redspencer's times. I did so by removing all the seats except for the driver seat. With the e30 blend and weight reduction, approximately 65lbs, I was finally able to beat Redspencer's 0-60, 1/8 mile, and 1/4 mile.

My fastest times using the Dragy with being FBO + Tuned on an E30 blend and 65lbs weight reduction :
0-60 : 4.51sec
1/8 mile : 8.27sec @ 86mph
1/4 mile : 12.83sec @ 107mph
60-130 : 14.01sec

to my limited knowledge, running anything with ethanol is safe for the short term but long term is not advised. since the factory fuel system is not designed to take ethanol this can lead to increased oxidation and wear on fuel delivery components.
