Default Blend Door Actuator Problem

Hey guys,
I am having a problem with my blend door actuators, none of them are moving, this is causing me to only have AC and no heat since the blend door is stuck on AC mode. When I removed the actuator and moved the blend door manually I could then feel heat. Also the actuator for the recirculation is not moving either, I checked all this by removing the glove box and seeing if the actuators are moving. (And no the recirculation arm is not broken which seems to be common mishap when replacing cabin air filter). After doing a diagnostic test I got code "B1497/97 BUS IC Communication". This could either be the Air Conditioning Harness or Air Conditioning Amplifier, has anyone else had this problem, I read on a prius forum they had the same problem and after replacing both harness and amplifier it did not fix it. I just don't want to throw parts at it. Any feedback is appreciated.

Depending on a non nav vs nav system. There is an AC diagnostic mode on the unit. Search YouTube for Toyota AC climate control mode.

I cant remember off the top of my head on how to do it. I do know you hold down the recirculation button, and another. I've done it in the past for the non nav. See what codes show up on the screen.

Not much help from me here. As not many people have had this happen. There is a video on YouTube how to test the amplifier. Though it's in Pakistani language. Not sure how accurate it would be on the US model. In the previous Gen they had a pack style that you could ground if failed. It would still allow the blower fan to operate on hi speed. This new Gen seems to kill all functionality.
