Hello!

I have a '07 is250, and after reading through as many 2/3gr swap forums as I could, I've got some answers, and some questions.

2GR:
1. Is this swap even possible with an '07 is250 since it has no VDIM?
2. Does the 2gr bolt directly into the is250 chassis and the ra62 transmission without any custom fabrication?
3. With the 2gr harness, I would need an ECU from an is350? or are there any other ECUs compatible?

3GR:
1. I believe the 3gr bolts directly into the is250 chassis and ra62 transmission without any issues, and the only thing need to be swapped over is the 4gr intake onto the 3gr. Do I have this correct?
2. I've heard the 3gr and the 4gr's only differences is internal, so does that mean i can use the factory 4gr harness and ECU with the 3gr engine?

Assuming any of these swaps are compatible, what tuning is necessary in order to ensure longevity and reliability of the swap?

Sorry if this information is already out there, A lot of what I've seen has come from years ago, and I was hoping to find some advice that is current. Thank you in advance.
