Yes. I think this is the reason that I'm having a problem, I think it was designed for non-nav.

Many people have done this. I think it's much easier.

I know yours is... I was asking the individual who said theirs was successful.

My concern is that I'm an 06 with nav as well... their ad explicitly includes us, but....

If anyone has had any success with this unit in a car with factory nav to being with let me know what you did to get the A/C working. I want to get the car back on the road. Thanks in advance.

i have the same one go to settings, factory the pin is 3368 tap on car model and tap on the exact same settings as mine

I'm very intrigued- does the factory lower radio still function or is it just filler?...

@talkr21 Did you're car have NAV to start with? and do the AC controls work? If so which canbus adapter do you have?

Nope I didn’t have the nav and yes the AC controls work. I don’t know what canbus adapter I have, I just plugged in everything that was included in the box. However my steering wheels controls are messed up lol. The next song buttons plays the previous while the previous song button plays the next.

Edit: This is how the AC controls look. To turn on the windshield and rear glass heater there’s an app that was already installed which has more functionality.

Same here, 2008 Lexus IS 250 non -navigation, looking for proper upgrade. Quite few models available like

I think I have the same unit as yours. The canbus is a small box that is connected to your android radio. If that is not plugged in your ac and or steering wheel controls will not work.
The canbus looks like this:

Sadly after a month of playing around, working extensively with the support team in china, there is no fix that I am able to do to get this working in a FACTORY NAV system. I think the controls are significantly different from the NON-NAV systems which is the reason it didn't plug and play. I REALLY liked this unit, and REALLY wanted it to work, i soldered chips, updated firmware and all kinds of other things. The support team was very helpful but sadly there is no way to get this to work with a FACTORY NAV car. I'll probably be going with teh 2x as expensive and MUCH LESS feature laden GROM VLINE2. This is not the unit I wanted but it's probably the only one that will work.

That's weird, it worked fine in my factory nav is350 07. By any chance is the radio not working also? The reason I ask is because the ac plug has the same pins/connector as one of the radio plugs. If those were switched then neither the radio not the ac will work.
