Default P2757 error code on 2006 IS250 197K miles

Hello - this error code shows up and goes away every few days. I’m considering replacing the solenoids, but wanted to wait as the codes keep going away. The transmission fluid has never been changed. Thoughts?

You'll need this one;

https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...sn=883&jsn=883

Hoping you can get away with drain/fill since you need to drop the oil pan to replace this.

Replace the filter, too.

Aside from the Pcode? Is there any noticeable symptoms when driving? Do you feel the car jolting during gear shifting?

Occasionally when I’m pressing lightly on the gas it will jolt when shifting between lower gears, but overall I think it drives pretty smooth. The lights been off for a week and that’s why I’m on the fence about messing with the transmission fluid.

That's exactly what I'm experiencing, noticeable jolt from 1st to 2nd gear. Not much on 3rd and up. No codes yet but I'm sure it will show up soon. Just so you know that already drain/fill the tranny fluid 3 times and the jolting is still there. Not saying it won't solve the issue with your car or it won't fix the code but it is worth doing(drain/fill). Keep us up to date with the results.

One of the two known solenoids that needs to be replaced in relation to that PCODE.
