Default Code p0300

I changed my spark plugs 1,000 miles ago and this code popped up it says there’s a misfire on cylinders 1,3,5 but I don’t feel a misfire when I’m driving..I doubt it’s the spark plugs or coils.. right? anybody have an idea what else it can be?

Im going to start this off:

What car is this IS250/350?
How many miles?
Type of spark plug. Part number, and Manufacturer. Purchased from where?
We're the spark plugs torqued to spec?
Did you use aniti seize, and where exactly on the threads.
GAP spec checked?

it’s the is250 rwd
it has around 136000 miles
i used NGK laser iridium part number 6858 I bought from autozone
I didn’t torque but I hard tightened them pretty good from what I remember
I did use anti seize
and the spark plugs came pre gapped

Since these codes are for Bank 1 passenger side. I would pull all the plugs to inspect. Make sure anti seize is only on threads. Inspect the housing of spark plug. Tightening them too much could cause hair line fractures. Last I've yet seen spark plugs that are gapped to spec. Maybe dealer plugs, but even then I would check.

The Gap spec is .043", and Torque spec is 18 ft lbs.

Loose plugs is not good either. A gap tool from the autoparts store is not accurate. You'll have to confirm at what tick mark is the actual spec you'll need. For example my gap tool at .040" is actually .043", and at the actual .043" tick mark it's reading .048".

Just keep in mind, the P0300 is only the messenger. Because this indicates random mf, and you don't feel it, I suspect a vacuum leak. Recheck your work and take the cardboard roll from the center of some paper towels and place it to your ear. With the car at idle, hover the tube over the manifold and hoses. Maybe you hear a leak.

Did you uses new gaskets?

Did you add dielectric grease to the coil pack before reinstalling?

If you can hand rotate any vaccum line to upper intake. Chances are you may be getting a slight vaccum leak. Readjust the clamp to a further up, or lower position on the port. By now the OEM clamps have already compressed the one spot. You need a new compression point to seal correctly on the vac hose.
