Hey man, Congrats and Welcome to CL!!
Is this your first Lexus? If yes, then there are lots of DIY videos in youtube, just do a search and watch them - most of them are very easy to follow.
My advice is before thinking of mods, go thru the list of maintenance first. Depending on the mileage of the car, you'll probably need to do the following;
*Clean intake/throttle body. Seafoaming recommended but not required.
*Drain/fill all the fluids - coolant, brake fluid, transmission/differential fluid.
*Torque-tighten all the underbody bolts/nuts.
Now with the mods;
1. RCF/GSF LCA bushings (or you can go aggressive with FIGS or RR USRS.
2. AOS or oil catchcan
3. ISF Steering EPS ECU (better handling) - recommended but not required (maybe slightly required lol)
4. CAI (down the road upgrade)
With all the mentioned above - I believe the most important thing with this car is your awareness of the carbon buildup issue - there are a couple of ways to slow down this known issue, but nothing will prevent it from happening.

Depends where you want to start. Exterior mods cost the most like aftermarket wheels and lowered suspension. it also makes the biggest visual difference to the car.
Lip kits, spoilers and a diffuser would cost less and add to the visual flair.
Split your mod list into exterior and interior category. Also consider which mods are best for you. I made a few interior changes by getting neck pillows. Makes the car look more classy from the outside and also its comfortable driving around with neck support.
Either you start small with the lip kit, spoilers etc and then finish off with the big mods like wheels and suspension or you start big and go small. Whatever you choose, best of luck and share some photos of your progress
