Default Help! Cold Start Engine Dies!

Just started happening yesterday! When engine starts from cold it wont idle it keeps dying! I have to press the gas pedal to keep the engine RPM up.

When it warms to normal temp it idles fine and settles at a steady 650 RPM, and engine drives normal.

The engine has the RR tune I dont know if that has anything to do with it, car is going to Toyota on Monday, Im already seeing $$$$$$$$ signs!

Please advise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was thinking a vacuum leak, But I hope their carbon treatment did the job for you!

Yes its was throttle body carbon buildup, Toyota dealer cleaned it out--idle is good now! Car is in great running condition!--new trans, cleaned carbon, new battery, RR tune is running strong, no CEL, and all at 243K miles!

I was going to sell it for a newer/new car but with high car prices and interest rates, looming recession, Im holding off.
