Default door locks

hi, I have a 2007 IS250 from a friend here and the doors aren't locking only unlocking.

We tried already replacing the battery of the remote controls
- Resetting the car by leaving the car battery overnight off
- tried to replace fuses
- measured all fuses and they are all right.
Where the .... is the fuse of the central locking system or is there something else going on?

Do ALL the locks lock when you use the button on the driver's door panel? If not, you need to replace the BCM.

If the locks work properly with the driver's door panel button, you probably have key fob with a bad circuit board and it needs to be replaced & programmed to the car.

To test the key fob, go to any retail auto parts store and test it with their test thing.

You only have one fob or two? I suspect it is your fob.
With the fob you have, start the vehicle, turn it off, exit the vehicle and press the door handle lock button. See if the fob works. If it works now, but fails in 24 hours, highly suspect fob is bad.
