Default What is this scary noise?!?!
This noise starts when I put my car in reverse and into drive. When I first start driving it does it for like the first 3 minutes then drives completely fine after that. When switching from park to drive it stalls a little then jerks into gear. Pleaseeeeeeeeeee tell me this isn’t my transmission!!! This is for an 07 IS250.

I don't see a link either. You may have a bad solenoid. There could be a code available, but you need a code reader set up to read transmission codes. Go to a reputable transmission shop.

Update: it was the CV axels!! Has since been fixed and car is back on the road.
