Default Urgent Help Please with Photos!

Guys we had a bump with an electric gate that came up while stopped, bottom of the bumper cracked.
I took my mothers 2007 Lexus IS350 to a Toyota dealer because I wanted it done right and am the 2nd owner it's in perfect shape.

Our insurance company said we didn't have a policy for OEM parts. I insisted I wanted only OEM parts and we paid $1,500 out of pocket plus a $500 deductible for the difference in price of OEM vs aftermarket parts. The dealer told me no aftermarket parts would be installed but they had already put several aftermarket parts on the car and when I found out then we paid and switched them to OEM.

The Toyota dealership said they installed an OEM bumper but there is a large gap between the bumper and hood and it was not like this before. I have compared it to other IS also and the gap is small and clean. We already brought the car back to Toyota again and they say there is nothing else they can do to make the gap smaller and to pickup the car.

Look at the 2 side by side pictures of how the car was when we dropped it off below (accident had happened) and how it is now. Then there are 3 photos of how the car sits now.

Would you accept this? Please let me know the action you advise

To my knowledge, this has never been wrecked.
Here is the hood gap. Not sure what to do. Call corporate Toyota?

Your cars hood gap looks just like ours did before the dealership did their repair.

do you think it's an adjustment issue with this big of a gap or is the bumper fake?

Any other tips or thoughts guys!?

looks like might need some adjusting at the latch and the rubber pieces near each corner by the head lights and hood.

We picked the car up as complete and dropped it back off to be adjusted.

This is after the 2nd adjustment and they say there is no more.
