Question 2012 IS 350 F Sport ticking engine sound?

I recently purchased a 2012 IS 350 F Sport with 131,000 miles. I now have 140,000 miles. (No major issues so far) It was a one-owner with service records every 5,000 miles since new. Oil has always been changed on time. Only recent maintence I have done besides an oil change is replacing the serpentine belt. More recently I have noticed a light ticking sound, its hard to hear in the video but if you listen closely you can hear the consistent tick.I am aware of the high pressure fuel injectors and their noise. However, I think this is something different. I am not sure if I am just paranoid or if I need to address it.

I'm just speculating here. It could be a pin hole exhaust leak hitting the heat shields.

If I picked the right noise, a sharp sound when the camera *went under the car? It seems like its at crankshaft speed.

OP can you concur? The HPFP would be 1/2 speed of that. Try getting it up in the air and use a paper towel tube to your ear.

After some research I believe this might be due to a bad exhaust manifold gasket. Since it doesn't seem to be detrimental, I don't plan on taking it in to get serviced unless anything is worsened. I plan on doing an oil change (myself) wihtin the next 1,000 miles so I will take a further look into it then as well.
