Hello! Does someone know about this problem or can advise me on how to fix it?

My car has this weird knocking sound when turning steering wheel to left when driving above 40-60mph, i recently had brake maintenance and i told mechanics about this sound, but they said all was fine.
Model - Lexus is250, 2006

After exhausting all physical inspections of the car....if you still haven't discovered the problem......you may want to take it to a dealership and have a diagnostic scan performed on the (electric)
power steering control module.
