Audio&control upgrade

Hello everyone here.

I'm new in this forum.

I'm just wondering if the Japan built AWD IS250 is same as US built?

I want to know is it able to change the audio (central control unit with climate control and etc.) with e-bay or Amazon selling android head unit.
Please see compared image of my current and e-bay sold android head unit as shown below.

Please help me.
