Agreed when buying a used car. I would definitely go with the stocker over already modded. In this case the IS350 is a no brainer.
The 250 is not a bad car either as long if it was stock. The bad wrap is the carbon build up. Add some light weight wheels, coilover's, suspension mods, and last use Sport Mode like no other. A nice little car to drive.
