Attempting new IS350, where are the paid prices?
Getting close on a new IS350 lease, or at least going to give it my best shot. Where does one go online these days to see what others are paying? I used to use Edmunds, but it doesn't appear the local forums are that up to date. Lend a brother some assistance!

I would be warry about a lease IMO at the moment. At least in my area, prices have come down a little bit. And they are still crazy compared to what they should be. The current 'special promotion' price(That is cheaper decently cheaper then 6 months ago), is more money a month + 4k down then when I was looking in early 21 when the current IS was new... BUT I have no clue what is going on in California at the moment, hope the market is a little better by you.

I got an IS350 RWD FS 8 speed a few grand under sticker a few weeks ago, only dealer add on they wouldn’t remove was window tint (at $595 which is high for Dallas). It had been on the lot a couple months.
Got an ES300 hybrid last December and had to pay MSRP but was able to talk them out of all the add ons, got tint done afterwards and did paint ceramic myself. This car literally came off the truck the morning I bought it, likely a cancelled order by another buyer and I was ready to buy it cash that day so they didn’t go down the list for the next person in line.

Even with higher interest rates I have not seen them budge on anything lower than MSRP. In CA they are still moving fast so wait a couple weeks and whatever you are looking at is gone.

I have heard of people shipping new cars from state to state. But I have not heard about one having to make it emissions compliant. Explanation?

Our local dealer (Lexington, KY) has been selling IS350 for 2K-2.5K under MSRP for a while now. They're all AWD though, in case you want RWD. However, you just missed end of month/end of quarter, so dealers aren't as hard pressed to move inventory currently.

All Lexus cars are 50 state emissions compliant. Don’t let FUD make you overpay.

i am in Utah and I just leased a grey AWD IS 350. They originally offered MSRP, and by the end of it, they took almost 4k off MSRP. Let the record show the car had been sitting almost a week before i went to look at it and negotiating also took another week after that. i think they were anxious to get it off the lot since they werent used to these sitting for so long. I believe my money factor is around .0023, the residual is 27k after 39 months and my payment is $614 on the dot.

The more I read here, the more it seems $3000-4000 off sticker is attainable.

Good points and examples. I was considering waiting till the end of April, but the only model coming that sounds half-way close to what I'm looking for is already on the way to a sister dealership. Still need to talk to them and see if it's available.
