i have IS250 2014 and i keep it well for the last 10 years so im looking to change the engine to ISF350 or IS350 i have the money to do it
i just want to make sure its possible or no ( i can change everything even The speed Gauge )

It's possible, 350 and 250 are identically sized engines with different tunes

I love to see crazy mods like putting in a manual transmission where only an auto is available to buy, but this just seems like a waste of money when you could just sell the 250 and buy a 350.

Just sell your car and get a 350, you would save yourself money if anything doing that.. A lot of issues go into engine swapping and I've seen it firsthand

This is incorrect. The 250 has the 3GR engine, and the 350 has a 2GR...
