Sounds like something is loose and flapping. Check under the car.

You might want to get rid of that pissed off woodpecker that's stuck under your car lol.
Any other information such as whether or not it is speed dependent? I'd recommend putting the car on jack stands and accelerating to see if the noise is audible while the car is physically stationary. This will easily rule out whether this is something mechanical or something simple like a loose plastic piece hitting the undercarriage/etc from being windswept.
