Default Lost all keys - dealer says $7300 AUD to replace the lot

So i bought my car [2014 IS350 F sport] 2nd hand in 2020 and only got 1 key and 1 credit card key with the car. Just came back from holiday and lost my house keys overseas which had the car key attached.

Now at home i cant find the credit card key anywhere and dealer says they cant just program a new one and will have "a whole new key and lock set will need to be installed in the vehicle, we will also have to remove the dashboard to replace the Smart Key Ecu and ID Code Box ECU (immobiliser) to accept the new key codes" which will cost $7300 AUD.

As you can imagine im at a loss as to what to do and is it possible to get a blank key and program it myself for under a grand?
